Now to create healthy sleep habits. This includes looking at; current sleep situations, awake windows, sleeping environment, routines and expectations.

Infant Sleep Support

Detailed Sleep Plan + 2 weeks of support via email.

  • Personalised sleep plan outlining your parenting style and everything you need to know to support positive changes and healthy sleep habits. 

  • Discussions around all the various sleep training methods and how to implement them.

  • 2 weeks of unlimited aftercare via email to allow me to support you and answer any questions that may arise/advise with you throughout your sleep journey.  

  • Please note – all follow up support is provided Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. All emails sent outside of these times will be replied to on the next business day.

Expecting Parents & Newborns

Newborn Baby Package - The perfect baby shower gift! 

  • ​30 minute phone consultation answering any questions you may have about creating healthy sleep habits for newborn sleep. 

  • Appropriate expectations around newborn sleep. 

  • Newborn sleep plan containing everything we discussed plus some settling techniques to use for your new baby.

One Hour Phone Consultation

  • One hour in-depth phone conversation about your little one’s sleep story so far and any issues or concerns you are currently facing. 

  • Answers to your questions and guidance on some positive changes to implement to help you achieve more sleep. 

  • 3 days of aftercare via email to ensure I can support you through the initial changes being implemented. 

  • Please note, this package does not include a written personalised sleep plan. Clients are encouraged to write notes whilst the consult is undertaken. 

  • Please note – all follow up support is provided Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. All emails sent outside of these times will be replied to on the next business day. 

60 mins |  $190

In Person Consultations

2 hour home consultation (6:00pm-8:00pm)

  • Upon purchasing this package, you will receive an email with a questionnaire and 48hr Sleep Log. This ensures I am able to look at your baby's history, current sleep habits and areas of concerns prior to my visit.

  • A personalised sleep plan outlining your parenting style and everything you need to know to support positive changes and healthy sleep habits before I visit you in your home. 

  • Discussions around all the various sleep training methods and how to implement them.

  • Review of your child’s sleep environment

  • In-home consultation where I will demonstrate and coach you on your chosen sleep training method.

  • 2 weeks of aftercare via email to allow me to support you and answer any questions that may arise/advise with you throughout your sleep journey.  

  • Please note – all follow up support is provided Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. All emails sent outside of these times will be replied to on the next business day. 

2 Hours |  $650 In Person
