My Mission
I don’t believe in right or wrong when it comes to infant sleep. Parental instincts undoubtedly exist, however we are not always equipped with the information to identify barriers that could be impacting your little ones biologically best, sleep.
My approach to optimising infant sleep is by empowering families through a judgement free process that guides, not dictates, and has long lasting sustainable results. I believe we need to remove the stigma from ‘Sleep Training’ and take the pressure and guilt off parents who want to make changes around their little one’s sleep. My goal is to have each family complete my programs with confidence and knowledge to set up their family’s sleep hygiene for many years to come.

Will my parenting style be considered?
Absolutely, there is no one size fits all when it comes to infant sleep or parenting styles. Each family is unique and I pride myself on tailoring my sleep support to ensure each family is 100% comfortable with all of my recommendations.
What is the right age to start sleep training?
Every family is different and sleep difficulties can happen at any time. The right time to start is when something is no longer working for your family and you need some guidance and support! I work with children from 0-5 years old.
Does it matter where I am located?
No, it does not matter where you live. I work with people from all walks of life and from all over the World.
